Win or lose, I never lose either I win or I learn. The learning can be tough and the price you pay can be high, but the learning is amazing. Why do I say even if you win you will lose.

I never lose either I win or I learn, the learning is amazing and it gives you insight and facts to what the real world is about. You may imagine and you may believe you know, but when you try real life’s learning you get the insight and facts to what, why, and how.

It is not only a question about winning it is also how you win, and if you are worthy to win the price and or the postion. Anyway, for me it is.

Fake Cheap and cheat is.

Animals fight for their lives to live and breathe, they fight for their position to get food to survive. Most humans fight for a position to live an amazing luxury life, dreaming about achieving it all, the fame and position. Yet very few people want to work hard to get it.

Fake until you get it. Cheat other people for what is rightful theirs, and make services and products cheap. The story of us humans and we all watch the movies and the more fake, the more cheat and cheap the more we love it.

We love to watch it happen.

How they make it real.

So they cheat, we watch the movie about Facebook, and still we are all on facebook. All stories are the same how they cheated their way to the top and the best part is, we don’t care. Everyone knows and still we do it.

Name me one great good company who achieved the top in good ways and manners?

Is there one?

Win or lose it is not the same, and seems as at the end to win you must fake, cheap and cheat to get it. Unless of course – what?

Even if you win you will lose.

Beating the bad guys is never a game you can win. We have created a world where we have lost sight of the good and loves the bad. We love it. A boss that is crooked, who cheat his way by bullying other people, treathen employees, make cheap deals with suppliers for own winning, lamp production and wine. Management, board and customers just love to see how he does it. The worse the bettter.

Best advice you will ever get.

Leave, letting go does not mean you are weak, it means you are strong enough to let it go.

If you are up against people who fake, cheap and cheat, get out, and find the good people, because they are out there. Good people stick out for each other and help each other in difficult times. A good boss keeps people and let them grow, and good boss improve business the sustainable way and makes good contracts with suppliers.

The best advice you will ever get is, stay with people who turn the best out in you, who makes you work hard, care for what you do and who you are.

Out of fake, cheat and cheat can never grow kindness, trust, resilience and sustainability.

It’s time to take back the control and show the world that good decent manners actually can win the world.
