It takes courage, faith, trust and strength to get up every morning choose to work, choose to get an education, choose to know more, act better and improve the world.

It takes strength to go against the crowd, with the risk to fail and fail.

We must have leaders, who can lead us into a good world. I believe we can agree on that. The question is what does that mean?

Ledership that want to solve the real problems is in demand. No more talk action to make the analysis and documentation. We do not need to test people and understand who they are. and we need training in gain insight into what is the right thing to do.

No one can do it alone.

We need to change the road we have been on for the last 30 years, we need to think about our reliability, trust and how we want human kind to proceed.

It can always we better and humans will seek better, faster and smater always. It is called progress. But need things to matter, we need to find values and purpose. We have for so long been taking the value and purpose out, that many humans has lost their meaning of life.
