Lost and alone.
When all fails you feel lost and alone. You see things from a new angle and life will never be the same, people you thought you were friends and business partners with turn out to be people who turn their bag at you.
Retaliance is no game.
The businesses who retaliate against whistleblowers rarely face serious consequences. Which means that you need to think twice before you say anything against the management. You can/will feel lost and alone, and people who supported you will turn their back.
Why do you want to help the business, organisation or institute do it right? and why do you have the earge to tell? let’s be honest why not walk away?
From my experience:
The story: I loved my job, the people and how I could follow the rules and law. I loved what I did. The only thing was that the CEO, CFO and the Logistics Director, had a different agenda, their own agenda to the law.
When all was taking place I thought I did not something wrong, I felt a shame, lost and alone, and they day they fired me, I knew.
What I did not know was the retaliance I was going to step into, and how they over the last year had been setting up the retaliance agenda. If you ever want to tell a business something, make sure you know and have your moves ready and know the law.

Thinking about telling and actually telling, please keep in mind, that you do not know, what kind of people you are up against, and what they are capable of once you tell them or give in a whistleblow.
Honestly Why do it?
Feedback the core driver of everything we do. A business lives on customers feedback. If they like the product and service they will come back.
Why do you believe that if you tell what they do, that this will change anything. Do you believe a lawyer will believe you over a CEO, CFO and the Logistics Director? Do you believe that they will hack your data, call everyone and destroy your name among all the people you know. Accuse you of things, that they have planned – you step into their trap.
They retaliate and they have it planned very carefully, when they accuse you.
You will feel lost and alone and it is difficult in the beginning to see what is actually happening and to evaluate and find grounds.
Think twice, you can lose so much, and get lost and alone in a game you do not have resources to play.

What is a good business today? I went to visit a company and had the best talk with a procurement lead. I asked him, so do you love working here.
He answered, I love working here. I leave tomorrow.
Do you understand why a person leaves if he loves working there, and there are loads of opportunities to fulfill and promotions ahead?

To everyone of us it is very important to make – one good day + one good day +
but once you step a muliti million euro business over the toe, you will feel lost and alone, they will retaliate and hurt you all they know how and do not at one point think they will not.
