The rules we follow.

Are the guidelines for how we behave and conduct tasks. A rule is your guide to what you need to do. If you do not know the rules! you fail. If you are among someone, who does not follow the rules, you fail.

We hold rules to keep the game fair.

But the facts are that now everyone followss. People cheat. They cheat because they want to win but do not have what it takes to play by the rules.

I worked for a business, a cheater, they did everything the cheapest way. I use to admire their behavior nice and kind and behind it, I discovered were fake, cheap, and cheat.

Be careful, life is not always as it looks.

Take all social media, fake news travel 6 times faster than the real news, and moreover, fake, cheat, and cheap news are much easier to sell to people because you can tell them anything and adjust to anything. There are no boundaries and no limits.

In a new world, the next generation is not going to work for anyone. They want to work for a corporation, who can prove they follow the rules.

The times where corporations could talk away into mission and vision statements are over, corporations will need to document into their Co2 accountings, that they deal with suppliers, by green energy, and green transportation.

Green construction, documentation it is a new set and way in a new world.

We are looking into a new way of behavior and rules.

What rules do you follow.

What you do, and how you follow will over time define, who you are. I remember when I got fired, I was so relieved – what I did not know was, that they were going to hack my personally data and listen in on my phone call.

People like that, they dress right, they talk right and their behavior is smooth. But their true color you do not want to know. They are the reason why we today need the Whistleblowing directive and why we need to change our way. They have for so long being faking it, been cheap and cheated their way to the top.

Following the new rules is no more talk, but evidence and documentation.

It’s nice you hold a strong mission and vision statement, but it is not worth anything unless you can document it. Without documentation you just talk.

Why have we come this far out.
