How you judge.

How you judge – What happened to your logical sense and basic understanding and trust.

This morning, I read an article about a teacher. A black teacher who is on his way to work teaching at a university. The teacher was this morning pulled over by the police.

The police asked him where he came from and where he was going. Hel told them where he came from and where he was going and they did not believe him. On his neck, he had an ID sign. Little did anything he said change or mean.

How to believe and take control.

It is about how he manages to steer and guide himself through the process. Taking himself well to the other side.

He answers all the questions they ask

They doubt his word

The police ask him to go with them to the station they have witnessed

How you judge – The game-changer:

How?

The teacher starts a new inner dialog:

I am not going with them to the station, I am not getting into the car, I am not going to go with them I have done nothing wrong

What is really happening

Happening is that if he resists going with them? The police, what will they do?

They will arrest him for resisting arrest.

How does he keep calm? He finds one in the audience to keep looking at.

To help him stay calm, and follow the guidance of good decent manners.

He gets out

What is the point in all this

The point is that we act like we believe and from what you believe we act. If you believe you will be fired you act like this is going to happen

What we believe happens!

Why do I say this, thinking back on my own case, I admired my boss and the way he talked and handled things.

Was I wrong

Indeed?

How to believe and take control.

What you feel within!

How you choose to reach, that is what this is all about.
