What moment do you need to take the control over your anger – and transform it into – something that will lead you forward doing something good for yourself and the people around you.

Breath
If that is not possible – turn around or do something – make it a habit to wait 10 sec.
You have 10 sec – that’s all before you go on auto pilot – change it.
What do you want to do that improves your way.
