Confidence – The day I got fired.
How to find confidence – This has been a topic; I have been dealing with since the day; I got fired, did you try getting fired? Everyone who has tried to be fired knows; how it is, and it is hard to tell, what really happens that day.
Your trust and confidence are broken and you stand back with an emptiness and a feeling of betrayal and lies. I knew, so being fired was one thing, but the way, they choose to do it, that is another thing. I was not prepared at all for what they did.
The day I got fired, I meet the CEO on the parking lot, like always clean as an eel. The CEO did not like me, nor back me up and the management team had too many kings with too many benefits from the business. I had for some time – too long time been trying to do transportation to islands according to law and legislation, I had for too long been trying to get transparency into spend and cost-drivers.
My time was over I knew. What I did not know was how to leave in a good way.

Knowing you get fired, is one thing, but what I did not know was, what they were capable of and willing to do to destroy my reputation, name, and life.
How they hacked my private phone and listened in on my calls, how they called suppliers and threaten with losing the business if the spoke to me, all bits and pieces did not come to me first.
Not knowing is the worst.
I did not understand.
Why people in my network did not want to speak to me, in the beginning, I called and reached out, I was fired from a paycheck, but I am still me with all my competence and insight. Why were people that I had worked with for 10 years like that?
What was wrong? When you discover why people do not want to talk to you, what they tell about you and how they get their data and information – from me – hacking my private e-mail and phone.
When you discover what they do.
You hurt and feel that your privacy has been invaded. Some things will never be the same, and today, I know what safe data means, why it is important to build a chain of evidence. Why, you need to invest in yourself, before you do anything for anyone.
The day I got fired a Managing Director, went down to the staff and said, YES she is gone. We can now get all through the way we want it. Arms up and feeling happy.
To know that is a very strange feeling, and to know that I spend 9 years there where I could have been with my family or in a great job. That I need to find a way to come to terms with.
Confidence and moving on.
Good people picked me up and supported my move on, and today when I look back, I see what I am going to use the learning for. I needed to see, what people are willing to do to keep their power, how they cheap, cheat and fake to keep it.
I know that my story can help someone else, I know the power of whistleblowing and how you under no circumstances should tell anyone. How you need to “protect” yourself and your family.
Find the confidence from the day I got fired.
Drop the story.
– whatever it did to you drop it, and start focusing on your potential and opportunity. Invest in yourself and start writing the goals down.
You and me, we are so much more than the job. We are here to live life and find people who bring out the best in us. I should have left that business 2 weeks after I started. I knew it was wrong for me, I even said it, they are going to kick me out so hard, and they did.
Taking my bonus and my salary upfront leaving me with nothing – hacking my data and trying to destroy me. The facts are I am still standing and lesson learned.
To see that face of a business is horrible, to know what kind of people leads and who they are. I wish I did not.
To fire someone like that – and confidence from the day I got fired.
HR and the guy who got my job, a normal firing where the smile they had on their faces, I will never forget the smile on the HR director’s face, how her voice with her smiling face – as if it was her best day. Now she could make the deals she wanted as she wanted.
That was a strange feeling, but after when I got the letter from her, where she took my bonus and salary and with all the lies and accusations, I knew how I had just fed her with fuel to engage with the CEO. I knew the game.
Learning is tough and coming out now on the other side, knowing that I can use my insight to support Whistleblowing and what that actually means.
Has given the lesson meaning of life.
Take that on – Confidence.
I know, that I needed this lesson to support and help other people, who want to do the right thing. If you know that something is not legal. Do you engage with your manager, get the evidence and leave.
I did tell the – Whistleblower page in head office: A draw case, and the way they did – they will say it is me that is not reliable. They are smart, not stupid. Do never be that naive, to believe it is because they do not know.
Invest in yourself win and do better.
Do what is right for you and then start working for those goals, I have had years now to think about it and take myself far out and ahead. Today I know, that how we work together is from our values and what is important to ourselves.
Invest in the one who will make things happen for you, yourself. I gave everything away in that job, I gave them time and hard-working hours.
Life is a game and it is fun when you are among the right people. It’s why the coaching forums are so powerful, a safe place to practice with likeminded.
Over it and back to confidence
I am starting to find myself. I have been on tour into what matters to me.
