What the mind can perceive, it can also achieve.
The only limitation man face is the limitation we place upon ourselves. Many times, we place rules to a belief that does not apply causing the limiting belief. The subconscious mind only knows what it is told. Therefore, what you tell yourself is what the subconscious mind will believe. If you tell yourself you will fail, guess what, you fail. When you speak negative, negativity is what you receive. Positive imagery will raise your immune system, while negative imagery depresses the immune system. The conscious mind and the unconscious mind must become one. Therefore, when you have the devil on one side and the angel on the other, you will know which to listen.
The goal is to get to root cause of any circumstance with the intention of preventing other mishaps. Meditation and imagery are vital tools for healing and proven to work effectively. When these imaginative forces react, the mental patterns transform into physical manifestation. When we learn how to use our mind, then we can reach our full potential, and achieve the 100% brain power.
Behavioral medicine became a discipline in 1977 at Harvard University, which concluded that people can do more to control their state of mind. You can learn how to use your mind as a healing tool and for emotional challenges. Make sure you use this power only for good. When you have mind power, you poses the ability to make decisions from a beautiful state VS. a suffering state.
Many people suffer concentration difficulty when mixtures of emotions occur. Usually four states of minds emerge, and you may fall into one of the four categories:
- I’m not ok and you’re not
- I’m ok but you are not
- I’m not okay but you are ok
- I’m ok and ok
Number four is when you are at your happiest.
There are several aspects of life that will cause this reaction: fear, worry, anxiety, depression, and panic.
Fear focus on the seriousness of the threat and how far it will go
Worry focus on helplessness and information overload
Anxiety focuses on constant high alert and what if…
Depression focus on unresolved problems and feeling hopeless
Panic is extinction of fear but to the extreme overwhelmed with physical and mental abilities. When you go to the doctor and nothing is wrong with you, but you feel like you are about to smother to death-sound familiar?

Understand when one area is off track, others are off track at some point and time. The key is balance and maintenance.
