At coachingandlife we believe in working with a growth mindset. What does it mean to have a growth mindset? and how can you achieve a growth mindset?
A Growth Mindset
In a “growth mindset, we believe that our abilities can be developed, what we do not know we can be taught and practice, and through dedication, commitment, and hard work, we can learn it. Not everyone can become excellent but we can practice becoming our best. We believe you have the brain and talent.
We believe the love of learning and resilience is essential for great accomplishment. We use our feedback concepts to make it happen.
In the forums we practice, what you want to learn. There is a huge difference between knowing what to do and actually doing it. Everyone knows, we should not talk back at our boss, yet we all do it. How do you master to be quiet and wait for your turn or master the discipline of making other people feel good when they are near you. In the topic forum we focus on mastering.
Design, what you want, need and desire. If you are feeling confused and overwhelmed and want to take control and design and build the resilient life you want to live. Together with a coach of your choice you dive deep into what you want, need and desire. From here on you will know what to do, how to do it and where to get the agile support and alignment you need going forward.
A program offers you learning, coaching is the strongest tool of mankind it can change your mind and give you the power to believe, what you want, need and desire.
Once you have finished your program you can swap over into the forums and get a safe place to ask the questions and doubts and practice with people who like yourself want to become better, smarter and wiser.
We cannot do what we have not been taught and life learning is all up to you. Master the skills or fail. Life leaves us no choices.
The feedback you get is the most important tool you have to work with. Once you have the right feedback you start feeling the success, you will even say it is easy and you will have forgotten that you did not process the skills.
Think about it like riding a bike. There was a time when you did not know how to ride a bike. While we are a young failure does not seem so hard, when we get older we take failure hard.
Feedback is the strongest indicator you have. Ask for feedback, and think twice before you react, if you want to respond with more than >> thank you so much >> be careful – the person who gives you feedback, has no clue what it means to you.
Asking for feedback is the key for you to steer forward and get ahead.
