Effective date: 31 May 2026

Contact: support@coachingandlife.com

In plain language: We collect only what we need to support you. We never sell your data, never share it with your employer, and never use it for advertising. Everything you share with us stays between you and us. That is not a policy statement — it is how we operate.

1. Who We Are

CoachingAndLife.com is a life coaching forum platform operated by FlexcoGroup. We provide individual coaching, structured peer forums, and coaching programs to professionals, parents, and individuals across Denmark, California, and internationally.

As the data controller, FlexcoGroup determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data. We are bound by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — as we operate from within the European Union.

Members based in California, USA, are afforded the same protections under our EU GDPR framework, which meets or exceeds the requirements of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

2. What Data We Collect

3. Why We Collect It

To deliver the coaching service

We use your contact and session information to provide individual coaching, facilitate forum participation, and deliver the programs you have signed up for. Without this data, we cannot run the service.

To communicate with you

We use your email address to send booking confirmations, session reminders, forum updates, and service information. If you have opted in to our newsletter, we use it to send you coaching content and updates. You may unsubscribe at any time.

To improve the platform

We use anonymised technical data to understand how the website is used and to improve its performance. No individual is identifiable from this analysis.

We retain certain records to comply with Danish and EU legal requirements, including accounting obligations and data breach notification duties.

Under the GDPR, every use of personal data must have a valid legal basis. We process your data under the following bases:

The short answer: We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with your employer. We do not share your data with advertisers. The only parties who may access your data are the people and services directly needed to operate CoachingAndLife.com.

Service providers (data processors)

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run the platform. These providers act as data processors — they process data only on our instructions and cannot use it for their own purposes. They include:

  • Email delivery provider (for sending booking confirmations and newsletters)
  • Website hosting provider (for storing the website and its data securely)
  • Payment processor (for handling membership and program payments — no card data is stored by us)
  • Video conferencing tool (for online coaching sessions, where applicable)

All processors are bound by data processing agreements that comply with GDPR Article 28.

We will never share your data with:

  • Your employer or any organisation you work for
  • Any third party for marketing or advertising purposes
  • Any data broker or data reselling service
  • Any other coaching platform or competitor
  • Any person not directly involved in your coaching service

7. International Data Transfers

Our primary data processing takes place in Denmark, within the European Economic Area (EEA). EU GDPR protections apply in full.

CoachingAndLife.com serves members in California, USA. Where data relating to California-based members is processed, this is handled under our EU GDPR framework, which provides protection that meets or exceeds the requirements of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

If any service provider we use processes data outside the EEA, we ensure this is covered by appropriate safeguards — either an adequacy decision from the European Commission or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under Article 46 GDPR.
