What coaching is

Coaching at CoachingAndLife.com is a structured, professional service focused on personal and professional development. Our coaches help you clarify your thinking, identify goals, and move forward. Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment.

What coaching is not

CoachingAndLife.com does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, please contact the appropriate professional services in your country immediately.

Confidentiality in coaching

What you share in your individual coaching sessions is confidential. Your coach will not share the content of your sessions with your employer, other members, or any third party without your explicit written consent — except where required by law (for example, where there is a risk to life).

Forum confidentiality

Our forums are private and access is restricted to verified members. You agree to treat the contributions of other members with the same discretion you would expect for your own. Do not share, quote, or reproduce the words of other members outside the forum.

5. Membership and Payments

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure. You must not share your account with any other person. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@coachingandlife.com.

Payments

Where our services require payment, prices and payment terms will be clearly presented before you commit. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

Cancellations and refunds

Individual coaching session cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full. Refund requests for programs or memberships are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at support@coachingandlife.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on CoachingAndLife.com — including text, frameworks, program materials, and design — is owned by FlexcoGroup and protected by copyright. You may use this content for your own personal development but may not reproduce, distribute, or publish it without our written permission.

The 52 Values Program and other frameworks developed by CoachingAndLife.com are proprietary methodologies. You are welcome to apply these frameworks to your own life, but you may not teach, sell, or present them as your own work.

7. Limitation of Liability

CoachingAndLife.com and FlexcoGroup provide services with care and professionalism. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from coaching. Personal development is a process that depends significantly on the effort and engagement of the individual.

To the fullest extent permitted by Danish law, CoachingAndLife.com and FlexcoGroup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

By you

As a member you have a agreed to be a part of a forum. As a my-member focus is on know how, skills, knowledge and awareness. In the forum for my-members it is techniques and challenges, in your work as a mentor or coach, my-members can gathering me-members anytime. 

CAL is an open forum where skills and know how is exchanged for improvement for each one of us. We help upgrade know how. We open up for new knowledge and usage to achieve and better results, this is about making a difference- it is about improvements and making a difference

CAL constantly works for the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information, at CAL we do not share any information with Third party or exchange any of your information given in.

Our ability is to aim and work with secure server at all times. All sensitive, creditcard information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and encrypted into Payment gateway provider’s database,  only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to the systems, and required to keep all information confidential.

We do not save your private information, credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc. when you have finalized your registration

Personal information to CAL

The Information you give for CAL is given by you, when you register to the CAL forum you regiser as a member of one of the 3 categories, or when receiving CAL newsletter.   When you register to be a member, you maybe asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, or credit card information as needed to forefill the request.

You can at any time visit the site anonymously. Due the protection of information shared it will not be possible to see, pages that require login or pass word, and this is to protect your information at CAL. It is important that all views of member pages understands and follow the guidelines.

Information usage

Information received by you is to conduct the request you have asked for, and to respond to the questions asked by you, or to improve our service within CAL.

Your information and data will never be exchanged, transferred or sold to anyone, or and given to anyone for any reason, without your consent.

Usage is for delivering a product or service ordered by you. CAL administers for promotion, survey, or other site feature, where you yourself enter the information. Or for CAL to send periodic emails, news, updates, related products or service information ect  please note that you can at any time unsubscribe from receiving emails. In the letter received by CAL there will always be how to, unsubscribe. CAL includes detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email which is send out.
