You need skills to change the way you fulfill your values,
And we need understand of what is a value, what does it do for me, and how do I use it?
Our values make us do every day, they give us and understanding and tell us our believes, it is MY understanding of what love is, that I make my doings for.
It is my understanding of, what is a good dinner, that is how I make the dinner. I set the table, as I see as a good or great table, I cook the dish, as for me is a good dish. I do the best I can.
That is, what our values does for us, they give us an understanding of our doings.
Sometimes we do things so often, like making dinner, that we forget the level of how we do i.e. just do it, it is a HABIT for us. But what if we increase the level – the standard? or what if we change the ingredient? – it is still dinner? But will it still be the same for you.
We have, an understanding of a value, and the inner question is, am I the person, I want to be, when I understand the value (love or strength) this way, does this way give me, the outcome and peace of mind that I seek. If not, WHY do we hold on to the way, what can we change to seek, and find the right understanding for me. It is only how I understand love, that matters to how I behave. You cannot help me. You can give me feedback, but I am the one, that need to find out what love is to me.

- You must believe the outcome and that you can do?
- You must love it and want it to be what is perfect for you,
- You must wish and aim for good habits that are right for you, the habits that makes the difference and gives you your wanted outcome.
